Representatives of the Institute of Comparative Law participated in the XXXIV Annual Conference of the Association of Business Lawyers of the Republic of Serbia, bringing together members of academia, the judiciary, and the business sector to discuss current legal issues and the challenges of the modern business environment.
On this occasion, the Acting Director of the Institute, Dr Miloš Stanić, signed a Cooperation Agreement with the President of the Association of Business Lawyers of the Republic of Serbia and Full Professor at the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law, Professor Dr Nataša Petrović Tomić, thereby further strengthening inter-institutional relations and creating opportunities for future joint projects and professional activities.
Acting Director of the Institute, Dr Miloš Stanić, at the invitation of the President of the Association, Professor Dr Nataša Petrović Tomić, addressed at the official opening of the conference.
Further confirmation of Institute’s active role in professional and academic discussions on contemporary legal challenges was confirmed by active participation of our researchers. Dr Mirjana Glintić, Senior Research Fellow served as a moderator of the conference panel dedicated to information security and cyber risk insurance, while Prof. Dr Jelena Vukadinović Marković, Senior Research Fellow participated as discussant at the conference.
