Researchers of the Institute of Comparative Law took part in the Open Day of the Judicial Academy

Researchers of the Institute of Comparative Law, Dr. Ana Knežević Bojović, Dr. Vesna Ćorić, and Aleksandra Višekruna, took part in the Open Day of the Judicial Academy held on 28 May 2026. The participants of the Open Day were students of the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade.

On this occasion, Dr. Knežević Bojović presented the results of a study on the attitudes of young lawyers towards a judicial career, conducted by the research team of the Institute of Comparative Law within the joint project of the European Union and the Council of Europe Strengthening Legal Culture in Serbia and the Capacities of the Judicial and the Prosecutorial Councils.

After the presentation a discussion was opened on the attitudes of young lawyers and career paths in the judiciary.

June scientific seminar held at the Institute of Comparative Law

A scientific seminar was held at the Institute of Comparative Law, during which Dr. Milica V. Matijević, Senior Research Fellow at ICL, delivered a presentation on law and sustainable development. Representing the Institute of Comparative Law, Dr. Miloš Vasović, Research Fellow, participated in the 12th Congress of the Association of Tax Advisors of Serbia, held on 5–6 June in Vrdnik on Fruška Gora. Dr. Vasović presented the main findings of his monograph "Beneficial Ownership of Income in Tax Law".

Cooperation agreement between Judicial Academy and Institute of Comparative Law signed

On June 5, 2026, a meeting was held at the Judicial Academy between representatives of the Academy – Acting Director Srđan Pavličić – and the Acting Director of the Institute of Comparative Law, Dr. Miloš Stanić. Cooperation Agreement signed between the Institute of Comparative Law and the Rugby Union of Serbia

On 4 June 2026, a Cooperation Agreement was signed between the Institute of Comparative Law and the Rugby Union of Serbia at the premises of the Institute of Comparative Law.
