About us
The Center for Sports Law was established by the decision of the Scientific Council of the Institute for Comparative Law on December 26, 2022. The Center is dedicated to comprehensive research in the field of sports law and to monitoring contemporary developments across foreign legal systems. With its establishment, the Institute of Comparative Law has become one of the few scientific institutions in the region to systematically engage with this branch of law.
