Blog

The challenges of comparative law require studying topics that go beyond the format of a social media post, yet must remain shorter than an academic paper in order to capture the attention of both legal professionals and the general public. These challenges were the driving idea behind the creation of the Institute of Comparative Law Blog. The goal of the Blog is to offer short-form research on current topics with a comparative-law component, thereby contributing to the visibility of our researchers and associates as experts in their respective fields.

The Blog was launched in early June 2023, with a publication schedule of every two months or monthly. The blog posts cover topics from labor, constitutional, administrative, commercial, and other branches of law, drawing attention to issues of greatest societal relevance.

The opinions and views published in the Blog section are solely those of the authors and do not represent the views of the Institute of Comparative Law.
