September 1-2, 2022
Third Regional Law Review conference was held on September 1-2, 2022 in hybrid mode (live and via Zoom platform). Conference was organised by Institute of Comparative Law from Belgrade, Faculty of Law, University of Pécs from Hungary and Faculty of Law, Josip Juraj Strossmayer University in Osijek, Croatia.
Conference participants were greeted by Prof. Dr Vladimir Čolović, Director of the Institute for Comparative Law, Prof. Dr. Ágoston Mohay, Vice dean of the Law Faculty of University of Pecs and Prof. Dr Ante Novokmet, Vice dean of the Faculty of Law, Josip Juraj Strossmayer University in Osijek.
On the occasion of the conference collection of papers will be published and will contain papers by authors from eleven countries.

Conference “Human Rights in State of Emergency”
8-9 December 2022 Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts (SASA) hosted a two-day scholarly conference "Human Rights in State of Emergency" organized by the Committee for the Study of National Minorities and Human Rights. Doc. Dr. Miroslav Đorđević took part in the public debate on the new judicial laws
On December 27, 2022, the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia held a public hearing on a set of new judicial laws. Research fellow of the Institute of Comparative Law, Doc. Dr. Miroslav Đorđević (who is also a member of the Working group for prosecutorial laws) addressed the audience, pointing out several important aspects of improving the position of public prosecutors in Serbia.
