Research fellows of the Institute for Comparative Law, Doc. Dr. Miroslav Đorđević and Dr. Savo Manojlović were awarded the prize of the “Miodrag Jovičić” Foundation for the best doctoral dissertations in the field of constitutional law and political system. Academician Miodrag Jovičić was one of our greatest constitutionalists, who had also spent part of his career at our Institute. At the award ceremony held at the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade, the laureates gave speeches, which will be published by the Foundation’s. In 2018, Dr. Miloš Stanić, also a research fellow of the Institute of Comparative Law, received the same award.
On December 27, 2022, the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia held a public hearing on a set of new judicial laws. Research fellow of the Institute of Comparative Law, Doc. Dr. Miroslav Đorđević (who is also a member of the Working group for prosecutorial laws) addressed the audience, pointing out several important aspects of improving the position of public prosecutors in Serbia.Read More
