The Review of European Law is a journal dedicated to publishing both theoretical and applied works on a wide range of topics in the European law, especially of EU Law and other related areas. The Review was founded in 1999, as the first specialised journal in South East Europe for theoretical questions of community law and as periodical journal of the Association for European Union Law of Serbia (AEL). Today, journal is published once a year by Association for European Union Law and Institute of Comparative Law.

Review of European Law is an open access journal. All articles can be downloaded free of charge. Articles published in the Journal are Open-Access articles distributed under a Creative Commons Atribution 4.0 International (CC BY). Journal supports Green OA.

Editor in chief is doc. dr Jelena Vukadinović Marković and members of the editorial board are prominent scholars from country and abroad.

Journal is indexed in Central and Eastern European Online Library (CEEOL) and HeinOnline Law Journal Library.
