From February 15th to March 15th, 2024, \u00a0Ana Kne\u017eevi\u0107 Bojovi\u0107,Ph.D \u00a0a senior research associate at the Institute of Comparative Law, was on a study visit at the Faculty of Law, University of Florence. During this time, dr Kne\u017eevi\u0107 Bojovi\u0107 researched topics central to her current academic work. Notably, she delved into the theoretical framework of judicial self-governance, with a specific emphasis on theoretical perspectives and comparative approaches to the issues of judicial ethics and the disciplinary accountability of judges. Concurrently, she explored matters pertinent to the operation of the Italian judicial system, where diverse multidisciplinary methodologies for assessing the effectiveness of the judiciary and proposing strategies for its improvement were of particular interest. Finally, Dr. Kne\u017eevi\u0107 Bojovi\u0107’s research also included current reflections on Italian reforms pertaining to judicial self-governance bodies, a pertinent comparative example.<\/p>\n
