Research fellows of the Institute for Comparative Law, Dr. Milica Matijevi\u0107 and Doc. Dr. Miroslav \u0110or\u0111evi\u0107, as well as research associate Ana Zdravkovi\u0107, LL.M. attended the conference. Doc. Dr. \u0110or\u0111evi\u0107 also participated in the discussion with his brief analysis of the constitutional role of the President of the Republic in a state of exception, as well as a review of the justification for the declaration of a state of emergency in Serbia due to the COVID 19 pandemic. Research fellow of the Institute of Comparative Law, Doc.
